<p><b>About Pacific Hills Christian School</b></p><p>Pacific Hills Christian Education Limited, based in Dural, NSW and nestled within Pacific Hills Christian School is currently seeking an experienced ICT Senior Systems Administrator to be part of its community on a full-time basis. </p><p>Reporting to the Pacific Group ICT Manager, this varied role will see you manage and develop our diverse Multi-School ICT On-premises and Cloud infrastructure and provide high quality IT support to end users and the wider School community. </p><p>To succeed in this role, you must be motivated and have a strong customer service focus together with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Prior experience working in the education sector highly regarded. </p><p>As an experienced ICT Senior Systems Administrator, you will have a proven track record in a similar role. You must have strong documentation &amp; communication skills and be results and customer focused. </p><p>To be successful in this critical role you will possess: </p><ul><li>Experience in Microsoft solution engineering &amp; development services and/or systems support roles across the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem including Azure, Office 365, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Exchange. </li><li>A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Server (AD, GP, DHCP, ADFS, DFS, DNS…) </li><li>Strong PowerShell scripting skills. </li><li>Configuration Manager, Intune and Windows Autopilot experience or similar MDM experience and administration </li><li>Knowledge and experience with design and administration of networking technologies (switching, routing &amp; firewalls) </li><li>Knowledge and experience with Disaster Recovery/Backup design and administration </li><li>Sound knowledge of Telephony Systems management. </li><li>An intelligent analytical and pragmatic approach to problem solving </li><li>A keen interest in process improvement, security remediation and cloud first strategies </li></ul><p>Additional technical skills highly regarded: </p><p>Strong design and implementation knowledge of and administrative experience with: </p><ul><li>VMware/ vSphere </li><li>Veeam Backup &amp; Recovery solutions </li><li>Microsoft Windows Desktop SOE </li><li>OSX / iOS MDM </li><li>Linux / Unix </li><li>Wi-Fi configuration, implementation, and security technologies </li><li>Mitel MiCollab or similar Telephony systems </li><li>Application Layer Firewall technologies </li><li>Microsoft SQL Database management </li><li>Scripting Languages </li><li>Endpoint/Gateway Threat Management solutions </li></ul><p>Vendor qualifications, IT degree and work experience in an education facility are highly desirable.
