<p>St Stanislaus’ College Bathurst is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified IT Manager on an ongoing basis. The position is open to commence immediately or by negotiation. </p><p>The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring that IT services integrate with teaching and learning, manage and oversight the College network and infrastructure, prepare an annual budget and work within the approved budget, contribute to the development and achievement of College strategies and objectives, and provide leadership to the IT Support Officer. The College is a Google school and operates within the Google cloud environment. </p><p>Applicants should have formal qualifications in IT or extensive work history in IT; the ability to lead a small team and ensure requests are responded to in a timely manner; be flexible to the changing needs of the school day and responding to issues as they arise; have the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with students, staff, parents and visitors; and be able to work independently, intuitively and flexibly. Previous experience within a school environment would be advantageous. </p><p>St Stanislaus’ College Bathurst is the only Vincentian College in Australia and is the oldest continuing Catholic boarding school in the country. The College was founded in 1867 and conducted since 1889 by the Congregation of the Mission&#39;s priests and brothers. It caters for approximately 600 students from Year 7 to Year 12, including approximately 120 boarders.
