This role will be to provide technical and user support to both staff and students at All Saints’ College –St Peter’s Campus. The infrastructure network is based on Microsoft Windows. The Campus has a BYOD program to support the students learning. Duties will include the installation of IT equipment and software, reimagining of staff devices and updating school management systems. In addition, the successful applicant will be required to resolve BYOD issues associated with student devices as well as offering general support for Administration staff.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate: <br>• Technical skills with installing &amp; maintaining desktop operating systems <br>• Working knowledge of a range of software programs including but not limited to the Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, SAS, Compass, Share Point online and Edval <br>• Server / client network and network component skills <br>• Capacity to assist in managing technology throughout the school <br>• Enthusiasm, proactivity &amp; capacity to adapt to a dynamic school environment. <br>• Ability to work effectively as part of a team <br>• Support for the catholic ethos of Catholic Education <br>• Ability to write quality support documents for staff <br> <h3>Essential Criteria:</h3> <br> • The position requires a person with / or working towards TAFE (or equivalent) qualification in IT. <br>• It is a requirement that you hold a current Working With Children (WWC) clearance. Please record your WWC clearance number on your application. <br> <h3>Desirable Criteria:</h3> <br> • Experience with Microsoft’s Server product range (Windows Server, Active Directory and Office 365) <br>• Experience with Microsoft System Center for client application management. <br> <h3>Renumeration:</h3> <br> Salary is in accordance with New South Wales &amp; Australian Capital Territory Catholic Systemic Schools Enterprise Agreement 2017. <br> <h3>Additional Info:</h3> <br> The covering letter attached to your curriculum vitae (full personal details and contact details of referees) should address the criteria as outlined above.
