<p>At the Academy of Mary Immaculate, we are committed to providing a premier education experience in the heart of Fitzroy, with a strong focus on academic excellence and the Mercy values.</p><p>Reporting to the Business Manager, you will oversee the efficient and effective operation of the ICT Department, ensuring alignment with the strategic and operational goals. </p><p>The successful candidate will: </p><p>• Collaborate with the College Leadership team to plan, implement, and maintain ICT systems ensuring that all College practices and procedures reflect the Vision, Mission and Values of the College. </p><p>• Effectively manage and motivate the ICT Team for continual growth and improvement opportunities. </p><p>• Manage ICT projects and staff to generate successful outcomes for a diverse range of clients </p><p>• Ensure the security and confidentiality of data as a key priority and stay up to date on emerging technologies and trends to inform decision making and drive innovation. </p><p>• Provide advice and strong risk assessment and performance management of hardware and software systems. </p><p>• Work closely with the Business Manager to develop and monitor the ICT budgets and to oversee and evaluate the acquisition and maintenance of hardware and software and relationships with third parties</p><p> </p><p>If you are passionate about leveraging technology to transform education and empower students, we would like to hear from you.
