The College opened in 2018 and will eventually cater for 1,100 students in Years 7 to 12. The Creative & Performing Arts Coordinator is a member of the College’s Learning/Wellbeing Team, which comprises the Principal, Assistant Principals and other Coordinators. As a member of this team, the Coordinator will offer support in the: • Day to day operation of the College; • Promotion of the Catholic ethos of the College; • Leader of learning within a contemporary, dynamic and engaging learning culture; • Implementation of relevant policies and procedures.

The successful applicant will be responsible, in partnership with the Principal, staff and Parish community, for the continuing development of the Catholic ethos and spiritual experiences of staff and students with aspects of the role including: • Liaising with parish communities to develop connection between school and parish; finding ways to promote links with the parish and preparing for events in the liturgical calendar; • Developing and implementing professional learning and a formation framework of experiences for staff, including staff prayer, staff liturgies, faith formation and spirituality days; • Initiating, encouraging, and participating in the liturgical and prayer life within the school community; • Writing, implementing, and evaluating retreat and reflection day programs for students from Year 7 to 12; • Being an effective member of the College Executive Team, including contributing to the writing, implementation and review of policies and procedures relating to Catholic formation and mission in light of the continuum of School Improvement (COSI); • Being an active and contributing member of the Catholic Schools Office Ministry Coordinator group.

The Vocational Education Coordinator is responsible for: • Providing quality coordination and leadership for the effective delivery of Vocational Education within the school setting. • Meeting the requirements of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) as per the Standards and Conditions for Registered Training Organisations (RTO). • Developing processes for the successful transition of students in their subject choices and career pathways in moving from Stage 5 to 6.
