<p><b>An Opportunity </b></p><p>Luther College seeks to appoint a talented Tier 1 IT Technical Support professional to provide Tier 1 technical and customer support to Luther College staff and students. This is an ongoing, full-time position working 48 weeks per year, commencing as soon as possible. </p><p>Tier 1 IT Technical Support is the first point of contact for all issues and enquiries received by IT Services at the college. This includes ensuring all incidents and service requests are logged, tracked and resolved within the agreed timeframes, providing effective support to staff and students in the use of computer hardware and software, including Windows and Macintosh computers, Office365 applications, and notebook computers. </p><p>This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team reporting to the Head of IT Services in a role that provides scope for professional growth and development. </p><p>Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.15am – 4.30pm and Friday 8.15am – 4.00pm. </p><p><b>About You </b></p><p>You are an aspiring Tier 1 Technical Support professional seeking the next step in your developing career. A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills, you are service orientated professional with a passion for delivering high quality service, continuing to learn through hands on experience.
