<h4>The Opportunity </h4><p>We are looking for the next Principal to lead Saint David’s Parish School. This position is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and administration of the school and will continue to deliver on St David’s vision to be known as an innovative, creative and informed centre for learning. </p><p>You will be responsible for: </p><ul><li>Ensuring students and staff experience Catholic faith, liturgy, culture, sacramental life, and traditions. </li><li>Leading the school community members to experience the Catholic faith and traditions. </li><li>Leading learning with the use of data, to inform ongoing improvement, imbed appropriate interventions and improve student learning and wellbeing outcomes. </li><li>Leading the development and implementation of strategic and annual plans, policies and procedures to ensure that the school achieves the school and system priorities and operates effectively and efficiently. </li><li>Creating and maintaining a positive school culture and creating a safe inclusive supportive learning environment. </li><li>Leading and exercising financial stewardship to improve the school’s financial health. </li></ul><h4>About you </h4><p>We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing a quality learning environment, where children enjoy their learning and feel engaged during class time. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and contemporary thinking. To be successful in the role you will: </p><ul><li>Be an active member of a Catholic Eucharistic community. </li><li>A valid teaching qualification and relevant post-graduate qualification in Education or related field </li><li>You will be able to lead learning with the use of data, to inform ongoing improvement, embed appropriate interventions, and improve student learning and well-being outcomes. </li><li>Developing strong relationships with students, teachers’ parents and the broader community to enhance and build upon positive partnerships. </li><li>Have a commitment to Catholic Education South Australia’s and Saint David’s Parish School’s Values. </li></ul><h4>About Us </h4><p>We are Catholic Education South Australia with more than 9,000 staff who are Raising Hearts and Minds of more than 50,000 students in 103 Catholic schools.
