Reporting to the Deputy Principal Operations you will provide strategic leadership, give clear direction for pedagogical approaches, maintain current programmes, introduce new programmes, and ensure curriculum implementation is of the highest standard. The Curriculum Development/Pedagogy Coach leads the Learning and Curriculum group, which comprises the Heads of the Academic Faculties.

<p>The successful candidate will be an inspirational leader with an outstanding teaching record and has recognised management skills and a high level of digital literacy. The appointee will display excellent interpersonal and relationship management attributes with well-developed team building skills. Presenting with strong academic credentials and qualifications, the successful candidate will be passionately committed to best practice pedagogy. </p><p> </p>
