St Kevin's College, Toorak, is seeking a full time, operationally focused HR Manager to lead the HR Department.

<p>St Kevin’s College is a leading Catholic School in the Edmund Rice tradition - valuing learning, family, faith and fullness of life. We cater for boys from ELC to Year 12 with a current enrolment of 2100 students. The College is a member of the Associated Public Schools of Victoria (APS).<br /></p><p><br /></p><p><b>The Role</b></p><p>Leading a small Human Resources team, the HR Manager is responsible for providing expert HR advice and support to the Principal, Leadership Team and College staff across the areas such as recruitment, onboarding, performance and management, employee relations and HR policies and procedures. This role has a strong operational focus.</p><p>This is a full time, ongoing position.
