The Business Manager is a key member of the College leadership team and is responsible to the Principal for the organisation, execution, and management of non-teaching services at the school.

This is why we are delighted to have recently launched our comprehensive three-tiered staff wellbeing program.</li> </ul> <p><strong>The Role</strong><br> <br> The Business Manager is a key member of the College leadership team and is responsible to the Principal for the organisation, execution, and management of non-teaching services at the school. The Business Manager is also a senior collaborator with other CSBB leaders and is active in all system wide initiatives to improve the planning and management of resources. A CSBB system-wide mindset is absolutely necessary to perform this role.<br> <br> <strong>Key areas of responsibility include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Providing the College Principal with analysis, insights, and clear recommendations to enhance the Financial Viability of the College.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ensuring sound resource planning, coordination, preparation and monitoring of the annual College budgets and medium to long term financial planning.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Management of all statutory non-curricular administrative and financial compliance areas.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Management and oversight of facilities, including engagement and supervision of trades people and maintenance contractors.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Leading the promotion of the school to drive enrolments.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Leadership and supervision of all non-teaching support staff.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Collaboration with other CSBB leaders.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Active involvement in all systems wide initiatives to improve the planning and management of resources.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong><br> <br> You will have tertiary qualifications in finance and/or business management and experience in managing the delivery of finance and administrative services, ideally in an education or NGO environment. You will be an innovative self-starter with a broad interest across a range of business facets and you will have experience managing and leading a team.
