<p>Applications are invited for the position of: </p><p><b>Principal Growth Director </b></p><p>The Principal Growth Director is a member of the Executive Leadership Team which works together collaboratively to enable the vision, mission and goals of LESNW. The pivotal role of the Principal Growth Director is to develop a strategic approach to support, equip and empower principals in their current circumstances and for the emerging future. </p><p>Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Principal Growth Director has extensive day to day autonomy, whilst also engaging with other members of the LESNW Regional Office to assist them in the successful outworking of their role. </p><p>This is a full-time position, on an initial five-year contract with a negotiated salary. </p><p><br /></p><p> </p><p> </p>
