<p><b>Waikerie Lutheran Primary School is seeking a committed and innovative Inclusive Education Coordinator to join our team. The position is a member of the Leadership Team and reports directly to the Principal. </b></p><p>The Inclusive Education Coordinator will: </p><ul><li>Put strategies in place to enhance the learning of all students </li><li>Oversee the identification of the learning needs of students (from Gifted and Talented students to students with a disability, and Literacy/Numeracy Support students) </li><li>Mentor teachers in quality differentiated teaching practice and making effective adjustments to learning programmes </li><li>Work with teachers and the Learning Support team to plan, monitor and review the progress of students with Negotiated Education Plans </li><li>Facilitate implementation of the Disability Standards for Education and oversee the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data on School Students with Disability (NCCD) process. </li></ul><p><b>Waikerie Lutheran Primary School </b></p><ul><li><b>regards its child protection responsibilities with the utmost importance and as such is committed to ensuring compliance with all relevant child protection laws and regulations and maintaining a child safe culture. </b></li><li><b>values diversity and adheres to Equal Opportunity legislation.</b></li></ul><p>The successful candidate will be suitably experienced, will honour the Christian ethos of the School and possess the ability to implement the School&#39;s values, policies, practices and objectives. </p><p><b>This 0.4 FTE leadership position with a tenure of 2 years attracts 3 leadership points.
