<p>Dalby Christian College is a co-educational, Prep-Year 12 Christian School with secondary boarding and an Early Learning Centre. The College was established in 1981 and teaches from a Biblical Christian Worldview with the purpose of equipping young people of character and purpose in Christ. </p><p>The College is seeking an Early Learning Centre Director to commence term 2, 2023.<br /></p><p>Dalby Christian College emphasises excellence and growth in Christian character with a vision of providing a Christian education that is founded on Biblically based beliefs, values, and behaviour.</p><p>An expression of a personal Christian faith, regular church attendance and a commitment to the ethos of Christian Education is essential. </p><p>Applicants should include with their application form a reference from a pastor/minister of the church they regularly attend. </p><p><b>Successful applicants will have:</b></p><p>• Capacity to provide Christian Leadership in the ELC context. </p><p>• Demonstrated knowledge of EYLF, QKLG and My Time, Our Place. </p><p>• Demonstrated knowledge of the National Laws and Regulations </p><p>• Understanding of the processes involved in developing a QIP for continual improvement </p><p>• Capacity to manage effectively human, financial, and physical resources to deliver high quality outcomes. </p><p>• Demonstrated capacity to develop and maintain an organisational culture based on ethical professional and personal behaviours and corporate values. </p><p>• Demonstrated administration skills to develop procedures and maintain processes for accurate record keeping. </p><p>• Ability to consult with and develop good working relationships with personnel in the wider College community. </p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
