An enthusiastic & flexible coach is needed on a casual basis for our progressive Artistic Gymnastics teams, supporting their development & championing their successes.

<h4>The role </h4><p>Our dynamic Artistic Gymnastics team has over 270 enrolments and is known as one of the leading girls’ school programs with national representatives, state champions and wins across both individual and team events. We are looking for an energetic coach wanting to join a like-minded passionate staff on a casual basis with an immediate start. </p><p>You will join our team of experienced coaches and passionate Artistic Gymnastics professionals, assisting to build skill development, resilience, time management and determination for our students throughout the program. You will have a background in Artistic Gymnastics and hold either an intermediate or advanced coaching accreditation with Gymnastics Australia. For coaches of all levels, we invest in our team to help you achieve your career aspirations, including helping to support your achievement of further licencing or accreditation. Being an open, tight-knit and collaborative team, you will also have the opportunity to seek mentorship and guidance to further your skills and confidence. </p><p>This highly rewarding role will see you working shifts across the week in the afternoons and may include the chance to travel nationally to support our students in their competition days. </p><h4><br /></h4><h4>Our kind of team member </h4><p>You will display the following skills and attributes: </p><ul><li>Accreditation and qualifications with Gymnastics Australia, at an intermediate or advanced level. </li><li>An understanding of, or experience with the IPSHA and IGSA programs within schools would be highly advantageous. </li><li>Be a driven and passionate contributor to the team’s success. </li><li>Experience in working in education or within a school context would be highly regarded. </li><li>Technically savvy and a competence in using the MS Suite and Google applications. Experience in using Clipboard or similar time and attendance management systems would be highly advantageous. </li><li>Excellent communication and relationship management abilities. </li><li>Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement. </li></ul><h4><br /></h4><h4>Your kind of workplace </h4><p>Pymble people are at the heart of what the College offers its students.
