We are seeking a highly motivated administrator and confident communicator to join our team 3 days a week as Compliance Administrator. You will be assisting with the administrative duties of all things compliance at Rehoboth. The role will also support our office administration team as required.

You will be joining a team who really believe in their mission to lead students to think and live for the glory of God in every aspect of their lives.<br /></p><p><b>About the Position</b><br /></p><p>You will be assisting with the administrative duties of all things compliance at Rehoboth. This will include duties relating to workplace compliance, applying policy and procedures, maintaining College registration, and helping to ensure we meet all our risk, WHS, and other legal requirements. Following up on all non-compliant activities to sure we are meeting our statutory obligations. </p><p>Working closely with our Projects Manager, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of our new online compliance system and ensure the College adheres to all its legal requirements, including the new Work Health and Safety Act 2020. <br /></p><p>The role will also support our office administration team as required, including reception back up, directing calls, greeting visitors, taking payments from families, and so on. <br /></p><p><b>What You Need to Succeed</b><br /></p><p>We look for people who are a great cultural fit.
