The Studies Office is seeking a highly organised and methodical administrator to work in a professional and busy team environment. The successful applicant will have a positive and courteous attitude, proficient IT skills and a capacity to provide administrative services in a systematic, confidential, and accurate manner. This is a 6-month temporary role with view to permanency.

<p>Marist College is a Congregational Catholic school for boys (Year 4-12) operating as part of ‘Marist Schools Australia’. It has an enrolment of approximately 1750 students, and enjoys an excellent reputation for its pastoral care of students, academic studies, cultural and sport pursuits. </p><p>The Studies Office is seeking a highly organised and methodical administrator to work in a professional and busy team environment. The successful applicant will have a positive and courteous attitude, proficient IT skills and a capacity to provide administrative services in a systematic, confidential, and accurate manner. This is a 6-month temporary role with view to permanency. The position is five days per week, during the school term, although some work in the school holidays prior to the commencement of Semesters and at the end of the school year will be required.
