<p>An exciting opportunity exists for a respected, passionate, and experienced communications leader to join our dedicated and supportive team at Immanuel Lutheran College, located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. </p><p>Immanuel Lutheran College (ILC) is one of the leading independent schools in the Sunshine Coast region, with campuses and outdoor education programs at Buderim and Mt Binga. With a proud reputation as one of the most innovative schools on the Sunshine Coast, ILC has enrolments exceeding 1100 based at the Buderim campus, situated among 23 picturesque hectares. ILC is renowned for its contemporary learning spaces, state-of-the-art immersive Environmental Centre, progressive teaching methods and nurturing class groups. </p><p>In a newly established role, the Director of College Development and Engagement is responsible for establishing and implementing annual and long-range marketing and development strategies for the College that are consistent with the strategic plan and the school’s enrolment goals. The Director will lead the Marketing and Enrolment and Client Facing teams and is responsible for communicating the College’s story and values whilst ensuring consistent messaging in the creation of marketing collateral across a variety of platforms, including internal and external communications. </p><p>To be successful, the Director of College Development and Engagement will possess a proven track record in the effective management of stakeholder relations, alumni, sales, communications and media engagement.
