This role is 12 months full time and we're looking for someone to commence ASAP!</p> <p>Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is a Primary and Secondary education provider with 80 schools, 5000 staff and 44,500 students across western Sydney. The Workforce Strategy Team assists our leaders staff our schools through resource planning, organisational design and position creation and talent acquisition.</p> <p><strong>Your day to day as a Workforce Strategy Administrator:</strong></p> <ul> <li>As the first line of contact for our department, you'll be triaging queries coming through our service desk, solving requests where you can and reassigning to our talent and workforce planning experts where you can't!</li> <li>You'll use your excellent communication skills and attention to detail working with administrators across our 80+ schools to process employment contracts in peak and quiet periods</li> <li>You'll take pride in keeping our important people records up to date, helping our talent team with maintaining information in our applicant tracking system, casual booking tool and enterprise content management system</li> <li>You will assist the Workforce Strategy Manager directly by processing invoices, raising purchase orders and tracking our team budget</li> <li>The world of workforce planning and talent acquisition can be fast paced an unpredictable, so you'll be drawn into various other projects and initiatives as they arise!</li> </ul> <p>You will bring to the role a solid background in administration in any industry or role, as well as:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Attention to detail</strong> - administration keeps our team afloat and we will need someone who can quickly develop a strong understanding of our processes and data management&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Excellent communication</strong> - we are a highly visible team at CSPD and confidence in written and verbal communication is important when communicating with stakeholders across our organisation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Apply now! </strong>Please include with your application a cover letter of no more than one page and a copy of your current resume.</p> <p dir="ltr">This position involves working with children.
