We are seeking an Administration Officer - VET to join CSPD on a permanent full-time basis. You will work as part of the Training, Compliance and Accreditation team and be accountable for providing high quality administrative support.

You will work as part of the Training, Compliance and Accreditation team and be accountable for providing high quality administrative support.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Acting as a key department contact, answering and directing enquiries as they arise</li> <li>Maintaining accurate and accessible team data using available system tools</li> <li>Collating team data into required documentation; reports, presentations, minutes, submissions, team communications etc.</li> <li>Maintaining the service area or department space and physical assets</li> <li>Coordination of calendars, meetings and events</li> <li>General administrative support as required</li> <li>Occasional travel to schools within the Diocese as required</li> </ul> <p><strong>About you:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with Vocational Education &amp; Training (VET) is highly desirable</li> <li>Appropriate administrative experience</li> <li>Competency in using relevant technology and adapting to new systems</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written skills</li> <li>Working with Children Check clearance or willingness to obtain</li> </ul> <p>The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child-related employment including a valid Working with Children Check and adoption and compliance with CSPD’s Child Safeguarding Procedures and Code of Conduct When Working With Students and Children.
