<p>Marist Catholic College North Shore (MCCNS), a coeducational K-12 Catholic School in the Archdiocese of Sydney, imbuing the faith life, values, work ethic and pragmatism of St. Marcellin Champagnat, seeks to employ for the role of: </p><h4>School Support Officer - Level 4 </h4><p>MCCNS is experiencing an unprecedented increase in enrolment having embarked on a transformative educational project. With an increased and coeducational cohort, a broader subject selection, and therefore the creation of more teaching and learning roles, the College is preparing and recruiting for an innovative future. </p><p>Interviews may commence with candidates prior to the closing date. </p><h4>Key Selection Criteria </h4><p>The successful applicant will be a highly effective person who demonstrates the following: </p><ul><li>Commitment to the Catholic Church with an understanding and support of faith and values in a Catholic School.</li><li>Have a capacity to enliven the values of truth, empathy, excellence, curiosity and collaboration in students, staff and parents with regard to the Mission and Vision of Sydney Catholic Schools.</li><li>Have experience in administration/business/reception work.</li><li>Display characteristics and skills to be a welcoming presence as the first point of contact for the College, as well as convey a high level of communication capacity, articulation and skill.</li><li>Be proficient in ICT and the suite of common computer applications.</li><li>Be able to work individually and in a team.</li><li>Be willing to undertake continued professional development.</li><li>Has a willingness to assist and work across agile spaces and roles within the Administration Team.</li><li>Be prepared to undertake leadership mentoring and training from peers and develop and demonstrate strong professional relationships with colleagues.</li><li>A current certification in First Aid is highly desirable for this role.<br /></li></ul><p>All applications are to be submitted in writing and addressed to: </p><p>Mr Anthony Boys </p><p>Principal </p><p>c/o Natalie Wilsdon, Assistant to Principal K-12 </p><p>Email: <a href="mailto:natalie.wilsdon&#64;syd.catholic.edu.au" rel="nofollow">natalie.wilsdon&#64;syd.catholic.edu.au</a></p><p> </p><p>The application letter will need to reflect the key selection criteria for the position.
