font-size: 11pt">Tertiary qualifications in Education and post-graduate degree in Religious Education, Theology or Educational Leadership.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt"><strong>Work Experience:&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">At least five years’ experience as a Principal or Assistant Principal, with demonstrated capability to lift school performance and engage at a system level.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt"><strong>Key Capabilities:</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Practising Catholic who witnesses to Catholic beliefs and practices.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Sound knowledge and understanding of Catholic education in Australia and demonstrated capacity to implement the Mission of the Church for Catholic Education.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Demonstrated ability to support school communities to be formed in the Mission of Jesus Christ.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Proven experience working effectively as a team member and promoting a collaborative culture.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Highly developed communication skills with the ability to develop, deliver and evaluate professional learning for small and large groups.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Ability to gather, interpret and analyse, and coach others to analyse, system and school based data to drive decisions for improvement.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Highly developed coaching and relational skills with the ability to develop consulting relationships to manage change.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">A sound knowledge of the legislative environment, industry standards, compliance requirements relevant to the non-government education sector.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
