The core business is the design and facilitation of high-quality teaching and learning programs, as well as providing services to a diverse customer base. Training is delivered right across South Australia covering more than 80 areas of industry at over 300 locations. With a dynamic environment and flexible delivery options to suit the needs of the students, TAFE SA has become the destination of choice for the pursuit of VET programs and the supply of job ready candidates.</p><p>As an accomplished leader and communicator, you will combine your tertiary education qualifications and extensive industry experience to lead and inspire a significant team in delivering a portfolio of Vocational Trades Training, resulting in innovative and educational excellence. You will have achieved a high level of skills and knowledge in a trade or professional area and be adept at leading a team. Actively engaging with industry will be a passion of yours as you build and fortify relationships and keep connected with the pulse of the industry. Strong financial acumen will be evident within your skill set as will your interpersonal skills. <br /><br /></p><p><b>To be considered for this role you will need</b>: </p><p>• A relevant tertiary qualification in education </p><p>• A proven track record in leading a significant team </p><p>• A trade or relevant professional area of experience <br /><br /></p><p>The successful appointment is required to have a satisfactory Department of Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed and will need to be currently eligible to live and work in Australia. </p><p>The role is offered as a permanent, full-time position with attractive remuneration, generous leave entitlements and flexible work arrangements.
