<p><b>Location: </b>Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese</p><ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Start date: ASAP</strong></p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Temporary 12 months Full-time Opportunity</strong></p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Hybrid Working Model</strong></p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to be accountable for acting as the intermediary between business and project teams to ensure that business/user requirements are delivered to meet project outcomes on medium to large or complex projects and initiatives.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>The Senior Business Analyst is accountable for:</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Maintaining project schedules and leading and coordinating resources to meet project objectives and deadlines</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Facilitating workshops and utilising other requirements gathering methods to actively engage with stakeholders and vendors, analysing and documenting functional and technical specifications to ensure solutions meet requirements</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Performing gap analysis between existing processes and proposed solutions and assisting with remediation activities</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Overseeing the phases of a project and participating where required in business analysis, user acceptance testing and documenting change requests</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Preparing training materials and user guides for end-users</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Participating where required in all phases of the project lifecycle, tracking and reporting on progress, budget and resources to CSPD project standards</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Typical experience and qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Appropriate demonstrated experience</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Experience with implementation of a cloud based financial planning solution (e.g. Workday Adaptive Planning or similar)</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>The Organisation</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) has more than 5000 passionate employees located across its 80 primary and secondary schools.
