<p><b>Location: </b>Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese</p><p dir="ltr">The Talent Acquisition team at Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is looking for two new recruiters to join our busy, friendly team. These roles are full time and temporary for 12 months. We work 50% remote and 50% from our North Parramatta office (and out in any of our 83 schools!).</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>In your first three months, you’ll:</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr">Be assigned a portfolio of schools across western Sydney and will be tasked with building your expertise on their unique local circumstances and needs</li> <li dir="ltr">Foster close relationships with school leaders and administrative staff to facilitate seamless recruitment processes</li> <li dir="ltr">Collaborate with your senior recruiter and other team members to develop and implement sourcing strategies for schools that are facing recruitment challenges</li> <li dir="ltr">Provide end to end recruitment support, from taking briefs and writing job ads through to onboarding.
