CSPD is looking for two new recruiters to join our busy, friendly team. These roles are full time and temporary for 12 months. We work 50% remote and 50% from our North Parramatta office (and out in any of our 83 schools!)

<p><b>Location: </b>Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese</p><p dir="ltr">The Talent Acquisition team at Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is looking for two new recruiters to join our busy, friendly team. These roles are full time and temporary for 12 months. We work 50% remote and 50% from our North Parramatta office (and out in any of our 83 schools!).</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>In your first three months, you’ll:</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr">Be assigned a portfolio of schools across western Sydney and will be tasked with building your expertise on their unique local circumstances and needs</li> <li dir="ltr">Foster close relationships with school leaders and administrative staff to facilitate seamless recruitment processes</li> <li dir="ltr">Collaborate with your senior recruiter and other team members to develop and implement sourcing strategies for schools that are facing recruitment challenges</li> <li dir="ltr">Provide end to end recruitment support, from taking briefs and writing job ads through to onboarding. You’ll also work with schools in a close supporting role as they manage some of their recruitment processes locally</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>What you’ll bring to the role</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Recruitment experience in a similar organisation (government, education, healthcare, etc.) is highly desirable; however, we’re keen to hear from anyone with recruitment experience or other relevant experience who can demonstrate:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr">A consultative, customer service focus - managing multiple stakeholders and candidates through different processes at the same time</li> <li dir="ltr">Attention to detail - using our applicant tracking system to record your progress, keeping track of and caring for candidates, ensuring our regulatory and policy requirements are met</li> <li dir="ltr">Eloquence and confidence in communication - you’ll be writing job ads, interacting with stakeholders at all levels, asking questions, recording answers and making recommendations - communication is key!</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>To apply:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Apply now via the link provided - please include a <strong>resume</strong> and <strong>cover</strong> <strong>letter</strong> of no more than one page detailing your suitability for this role.&nbsp;We are keen to have the right people start as soon as possible, including any notice periods.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">This position involves working with children.
