Education RiAus (part of The Royal Institution of Australia) is currently seeking a dynamic Education Manager based in Adelaide to produce high-quality STEM educational resources, newsletters, and PD workshops. All educational resources produced are offered free via the Education RiAus online portal to all schools in Australia and are aligned to the Australian National Curriculum.
<p>This job is being offered on a full-time or part-time basis
</p><p><b>Key responsibilities include:
</b></p><p>Creating STEM education resources (digital and print)
</p><p>Creating and delivering professional development workshops (in-person & online)
</p><p>Expanding the teacher database
</p><p>Developing partnerships with schools and business
</p><p>Reporting on education activities and outcomes
</p><p>Representing Education RiAus at events and conferences</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Key requirements for the role include:
</b></p><p>Qualified teacher, eligible for, or registered with SA TRB (South Australian Teacher’s Registration Board)
</p><p>Science subject specialist with experience in other STEM disciplines - familiar with working knowledge of relevant National Curriculum requirements.
</p><p>Experience in creating, evaluating, and delivering curriculum-linked educational content
</p><p>Experience in digital resource production
</p><p>Great communication, time management and organisational skills
</p><p>High attention to detail and the skills necessary to produce high-quality content
</p><p>Ability to work autonomously
</p><p>Experience in WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite products, especially InDesign</p><p>
