South Island School seeks to appoint an enthusiastic, adaptable and committed Teacher of Chinese. This position is for an August 2023 start.

<p>The successful candidate will be a highly skilled teacher with the ability to motivate, inspire and engage with students in creative and innovative ways, both within and outside the classroom. With the overall goal of ensuring excellent educational outcomes for our students. Previous experience of International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (MYP), IGCSE and IB Diploma Programme (DP) would be helpful, though this is not essential for an applicant with the right overall skill set. </p><p>The successful applicant will also become a tutor, contributing widely to the extra-curricular life of the school. The position will be a full-time renewable contract for an initial two-year period. Support with obtaining Hong Kong residence will be provided if necessary.
