The successful applicant will: • Teach English, which could include Years 7 - 10 English, Year 11 and 12 English (ATAR and/or General). • Be familiar with the Western Australian Curriculum. • Be eligible to teach within Western Australia which involves registration with the Teacher Registration Board of WA (TRBWA) and a current Working with Children (WWC) Check.

Ideally our next part-time English teacher will have experience in teaching the West Australian Curriculum, although for the right person, we believe that teaching experience in other curriculums will bring a richness to this role. We also strongly desire a teacher who has a well-developed ability to reflect on professional practice and is abreast of contemporary educational practices. </p><p>What we need from you </p><p>Joining us, you will need to be qualified and authorised to teach in Western Australia. We will need evidence of your teacher registration with the TRBWA and your Working with Children Check (WWC). If you haven’t been born in Australia, we will also need evidence of your citizenship or permanent residency. </p><p>You will also need to be committed to providing a safe environment for and the protection of children and young people.
