Sapphire Coast Anglican College was established in 1994 and is a leading Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 co-educational day school with over 400 students. The College’s Purpose is, ‘To Inspire Excellence in Teaching, Learning, Service and Faith’.

<p>Due to the our growing student numbers, we are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Secondary Teacher, with a focus on HSIE/English, particularly in Stage 4 and 5, but with a willingness to teach Stage 6 courses too, for the right candidate. </p><p><b> This opportunity will commence in Term 1 2023. This is a full-time, on-going position. </b></p><p> To secure this role you will: </p><p> • Be passionate about teaching HSIE and English. </p><p>• Qualified to teach HSIE (Stage 4 and 5) and English (Stage 4 and 5). </p><p>• Be an effective classroom teacher with an excellent understanding of the curriculum. </p><p>• Be confident in differentiating curriculum in the classroom. </p><p>• Be able to actively participate in all aspects of College life – pastoral care, sport &amp; co-curricular </p><p>• Be able to effectively communicate and build relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and the broader College community. </p><p>• Be committed to supporting the Anglican Ethos. • Hold current NSW Education Standards Authority registration. </p><p>• Have a current Working with Children Number and date of birth for the Working with Children Check verification. </p><p>Please visit our website www.scac.nsw.edu.au for more information about our College. </p><p> Please submit your application including a cover letter of no more than one page of A4, a current resume and details of current referees <b>by Friday 23rd December</b>.
