<p><strong>Senior Administration Officer - St John the Baptist Catholic School, Freshwater</strong><br /> <br /> St John the Baptist Catholic School, Freshwater is currently seeking an experienced and motivated <strong>Senior Administration Officer</strong>. This includes improved parental leave for temporary staff and non-primary carers, and recognition of service for support staff.</li></ul> <p><strong>Specific Criteria</strong></p> <ul><li>Be supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school</li><li>Ability to demonstrate a &#39;customer-focused&#39; approach and ensure all stakeholders feel valued</li><li>Be highly organised and show attention to detail</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with a range of external and internal stakeholders</li><li>Experience in a busy, dynamic office setting</li><li>Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 suite (especially Word, Outlook, Publisher and Excel)</li><li>Sound knowledge of accounting concepts and principles, supported by bookkeeping/accounting experience and an ability to understand Financial Reports</li><li>Ability to assist with advertising on social media platforms</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Can work independently and collaborate within a team </li><li>Ability to work calm under pressure and manage competing priorities</li><li>Act confidentially and professionally at all times supporting the leadership of the school</li><li>Must hold a current First Aid Certificate and be competent in dealing with child first aid issues such as asthma, anaphylaxis, other injuries etc </li><li>Hold a current Working with Children Check</li></ul> <p><strong>About us, our Vision and our Towards 2025 Strategy</strong><br /> <br /> Our Vision is to provide &#39;authentic, professional Catholic education, delivered with care and compassion&#39;.
