</p><ul><li>A commitment to academic excellence, and demonstrated knowledge of contemporary pedagogical practices that encourages academic excellence,</li><li>Commitment to continual improvement and effective use of data to differentiate the curriculum and address the learning needs of all students,</li><li>knowledge and understanding of the current curriculum and NESA requirements for PDHPE,</li><li>Exemplary classroom practice,</li><li>Ability to work in a team environment,</li><li>ability to successfully integrate technology into everyday learning and planning,</li><li>highly developed interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to effectively communicate with parents, students and staff</li><li>the capacity to empower students to be independent and creative learnersa willingness to be involved in the extra-curricular life of the College.</li></ul><p><b>Desirable:

</b></p><ul><li>a Tertiary qualification in Education</li><li>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)</li><li>an Employee ID registration number with Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS) or a commitment to Register to Teach in SCS.</li></ul><p><b>Application Process:
