One position - Continuing, part-time Receptionist – 16 hours per term week over 2 days on Reception (Mondays and Fridays 8.00am – 4.30pm), 39 school term weeks, unless otherwise required Administration Assistant - one additional day per week (7.5 hours) to be negotiated, 39 school term weeks, unless otherwise required Commencing January 2023

<p>As a first point of contact, the Receptionist is responsible for presenting a welcoming demeanour to all members of the community. </p><p>The Receptionist has responsibility for the smooth running of the Reception area and providing general clerical, administration and data entry support. </p><p>The Administration Assistant will provide administrative services and workflow support to the Community Relations Department, working as part of a team and contributing to the smooth functioning of the Community Relations Department. </p><p>The Receptionist / Administration Assistant is required to provide effective communication, efficient organisation and meets administrative duties in a timely manner.
