We are seeking an experienced Speech and Drama teacher to join our thriving extra-curricular program, teaching girls from preschool to Year 12.

We look for vibrant, dedicated and capable staff who have initiative, empathy, a good sense of humour and a professional behaviour to achieve the School’s objectives. </p><p>We are seeking an experienced Speech and Drama teacher to join our thriving extra-curricular program, teaching girls from preschool to Year 12. </p><p>This position has primary responsibility for delivering high quality Speech and Drama lessons to students in small group and individual settings. The aim of the Speech and Drama teacher is to help students develop confidence, eloquence of speech and to improve their performance and communication skills. </p><p><b>What do you need to succeed? </b></p><p>• Associate Diploma with Trinity College London or equivalent. </p><p>• Experience with the Trinity College London Speech and Drama examination syllabus or equivalent. </p><p>• Proven teaching experience in a school setting. </p><p>• Professional and organised approach. </p><p>• Demonstrated competence with computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office. </p><p>• Exceptional interpersonal skills and commitment to positive relationships and professional communications with all stakeholders. </p><p>• A valid Working with Children clearance. </p><p>Further information (including position description) for this role is available at https://www.ascham.nsw.edu.au/connecting/careers-at-ascham/ </p><p>Please apply via Seek with your cover letter, CV (please include WWCC, &amp; First Aid details) and the names and contact details of three referees by <b>Monday 12 December 2022. </b></p><p>Please note, we will not proceed with applications that do not have this information. </p><p>Ascham School seeks to provide a child-safe environment.
