<p>Due to the needs of our school, we are seeking to employ an additional diverse learning teacher to work in conjunction with our current diverse learning teacher and team.</p><p>We are a Catholic primary school with a commitment to providing quality education and care to the students and families in our community.</p><p>Essential criteria:</p><ul><li>Support for the mission of and commitment to the ethos of Catholic schools.</li><li>Experience working with students with diverse learning needs (an advantage).</li><li>Experience in using the PP Tool and writing PLPs for students with diverse learning needs.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in liaising with parents, carers, external agencies and other allied health professionals.</li><li>The ability to work collaboratively with classroom teachers to build their capacity in the area of differentiation for students with diverse learning needs.</li><li>Exemplary classroom practice in differentiating learning for students with diverse learning needs.</li><li>The ability to work effectively in a team environment with teaching and support staff.</li><li>Highly effective organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage workload.</li></ul><p><u>Application Process</u><br /></p><p>Child Protection Legislation requires preferred applicants to be subject to employment screening.</p><p>Applicants should submit a single page cover letter and curriculum vitae.
