<p>Holy Spirit Catholic Primary School is currently seeking to appoint several <strong>Classroom Teachers (3 positions)</strong> who are driven to join a team of innovative professionals who will nurture each child’s talents and gifts through the dynamic and stimulating curriculum and opportunities that we offer. The part-time arrangement for the three positions will be: <strong>0.2FTE, 0.3FTE, </strong>and<strong> 0.4FTE</strong>. </p>
<p>You will be responsible for fostering academic excellence, creating a dynamic learning environment and growing each child to be engaged, focused and an independent learner whilst providing the highest level of pastoral care.</p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size: 11pt">Essential Criteria</span></strong><span style="font-size: 11pt"><br></span></p>
<p>The Successful Applicant will demonstrate:</p>
<ul>
<li>A sound understanding of and commitment to the Church’s mission in Catholic Education and the capacity to contribute to the spiritual and community life of the school.</li>
<li>A thorough knowledge of the Australian Curriculum with the ability to organise, select and design content for effective teaching and learning.</li>
<li>Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills so as to engage positively with colleagues, students and parents.</li>
<li>The capacity to be a proactive member of a professional learning community complying with the legal, administrative and professional requirements.</li>
<li>Classroom practices and organisational skills that create supportive and safe environments for all students, including meeting a variety of learning needs.</li>
<li>A comprehensive understanding of assessment and reporting strategies and the need to provide effective and timely feedback to parents and students.</li>
</ul>
