An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Technical Support Officer to join our Executive Office and Communications team.

Reporting to the Head Executive Office and Communications, you will be accountable for technical specialist support to the wider team. More specifically you will be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Delivering IT technical support for websites to the schools and the system</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Monitoring and reporting website ESD technical support queries to inform root cause analysis and development of potential solutions</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Providing desktop support to high standards of content quality, accessibility and consistency</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Identifying improvements to technical support processes and procedures and developing relevant training materials</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Assisting with the development and implementation of projects including publishing and managing website content requests for CEDP and 80+ school sites</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Reporting and providing analysis of website analytics to identify trends and suggest improvements&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Qualifications/Experience:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of CEDP along with:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">&nbsp;Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Appropriate demonstrated experience</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Interested?</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">This position involves working with children.
