<p><b>The College is seeking a dynamic and innovative teacher to join the TAS department at this exciting time in the Colleges history as we transition to coeducation under the Name Corpus Christi College Maroubra. The position is for Stage 4 Technology Applied Studies and Stage 5 Food Technology.</b></p><p><b>Essential Criteria: </b></p><p> The successful applicant will have: </p><ul><li> commitment to Catholic education, a clear understanding of the vision and mission of Catholic Schools and a willingness to support the faith formation of students </li><li>appropriate tertiary and/or approval to teach in NSW </li><li>demonstrated knowledge of contemporary pedagogical practices that provide a rich environment that caters for diversity and academic rigour </li><li>a commitment to academic excellence </li><li>an understanding of and ability to differentiate curriculum and assessment </li><li>highly developed interpersonal skills demonstrating an ability to effectively communicate with parents, students, and staff </li><li>exhibit knowledge of emerging technologies and the ability to integrate these into a wide range of curriculum applications. </li><li>ability to critically reflect on their own teaching practice</li></ul><p>Desirable</p><ul><li>ability to teach or be trained in hospitality</li><li>ability to teach Stage 6 Food Technology</li></ul>
