Redeemer Lutheran College is seeking an experienced Learning Enhancement Teacher to take on this full-time permanent position commencing 13 January 2023.

Through our approach to excellence in teaching and learning, our extensive co-curricular offerings and our heart for community service, we seek to inspire students to be curious about their learning, be courageous and innovative in meeting challenges, and Christ led in their relationships. </div><div>The College is seeking to a full-time permanent Teacher – Learning Enhancement commencing 16 January 2023, who has a genuine commitment to professional and personal growth and development. As a P-12 community, we are able to consider teachers with qualifications in both the Primary and Secondary setting. </div><div>Skills and Experience: </div><div>• Demonstrated excellence in facilitating effective learning outcomes for all students. </div><div>• Demonstrated success in building positive relationships with students and providing excellent pastoral care to support their wellbeing and learning. </div><div>• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate proactively, sensitively, and confidentially with parents, students, and other staff </div><div>• Excellence in collaborating with students, colleagues, parents, and other members of the Redeemer community, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships in all aspects </div><div>• Be highly organised, skilful in providing personalised learning experiences for all students, timely in providing feedback, effective in using data to support students and improve the learning program and proactive in communicating to students, parents, and colleagues in relation to students and their learning. </div><div>• Demonstrated understanding of current issues in education and ability to implement strategies to ensure optimal learning outcomes </div><div>• Willingness to contribute to diverse and inclusive communities and accept the responsibility to uphold the Christian Ethos of the College. </div><div>Applications should be addressed to Mr Richard Cornish – Deputy Principal – Curriculum and submitted as one combined PDF file via email to jobs&#64;redeemer.com.au before 4:00pm on Friday 9 December 2022. Demonstrated excellence and a proven track record in Learning Enhancement </div><div>2. High level of knowledge and experience in inclusive practices and processes, including NCCD </div><div>3. Capacity to build strong partnerships for learning between colleagues, home, and school. </div><div>4.
