It is a part of the exciting reimagining of the Eastern-Shire precinct in partnership with De La Salle College Caringbah and Cronulla and belongs within the parish of St Aloysius, Cronulla. With our first Year 11 cohort in 2024, the College is at a unique and exciting phase of its development and growth. They are creative, innovative and collaborative whilst flourishing in a complex world, addressing global challenges with justice and compassion. </p><p><b>About You </b></p><p>The Instructional Leader HSIE 9-12  forms part of the Innovative Learning Team and is responsible for leading excellence in pedagogical, curriculum and assessment practices and supporting the implementation of new pedagogies for learning in this key learning area. The Instructional Leader HSIE 9-12 is an exemplary practitioner who builds the capacity of teachers in your faculty to deliver excellent student outcomes for all learners. The Instructional Leader HSIE 9-12 ensures consistency of teaching practice and shared teacher judgement drives assessment; cultivating a contemporary and effective learning culture.
