We are looking for a suitably qualified IT expert to support Our Lady of Sacred Heart Catholic College. We currently have approximately 750 students, 120 staff. There are 10 physical servers, 50 plus virtual servers and more than 800 laptops and desktops that are being managed within 3 campuses. Do you have the skills we are looking for to provide our IT needs and be Assistant Manager?

<p>The main role is to support the IT Manager in improving the quality of ICT within the College, and assist in managing staff.</p><p><b>Key Duties / Roles</b></p><ul><li>Being responsible for the maintenance  and security of all the ICT facilities</li><li>Network maintenance and monitoring</li><li>Managing network switches, hubs, modems and cabling issues.</li><li>Providing staff and students with appropriate support and advice</li><li>Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems</li><li>Working with DNS/DHCP/Active Directory development and maintenance</li><li>Management of virtualized windows HyperV servers, and workstations</li><li>Experience with Cloud Platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud.</li><li>Experience with Office 365 and Google Suite.</li><li>Eligible to become a member of the Australian Computer Society and adhere to its ethical standards</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications required</b></p><p>A bachelor degree at minimum or higher qualifications relevant experience</p><p>NT working with Children&#39;s Card (or ability to get it)</p><p>NT Driver&#39;s License.</p>
