St Mary’s Primary School is a vibrant and dynamic Catholic School that invites faith filled people to work as part of a collaborative, high performing team. We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced applicants within a primary school environment for a Deputy Principal/RE Leader role that will support the School Principal in the strategic leadership of St Mary’s to ensure the vision and ethos of the School are achieved. This position will commence on the 27th of January 2023 and conclude on the 28th of January 2024.

<p><b>Applicants should be able to demonstrate: </b></p><ul><li>Capacity to think and act strategically; </li><li>Ability to work at both a strategic and operational level;</li><li>An active, positive participant as a senior leader and on the school leadership team.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate well to staff and community members;</li><li> Excellent verbal and written communication skills, together with a creative approach;</li><li>Experience in Learning Diversity and a thorough knowledge of the NCCD process.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage competing tasks with a high level of attention to detail; </li><li>Enthusiasm for working in a team environment; </li><li><b>Ability to manage operations in a timely manner within budgetary constraints. </b></li></ul><p><b>As a school, we value staff that work as part of a high performing team, and who are comfortable in an environment of ongoing improvement, self-reflection, coaching/mentoring and peer interaction. </b></p><p><b>St Mary’s is a school committed to the safety, well-being and protection of all children in our care.
