St Michael's, Blacktown has an exciting leadership opportunity for a Diversity & Wellbeing Leader on a full-time permanent basis.

Applications are invited from a suitably qualified, experienced teacher to take on the permanent role of Diversity &amp; Well-Being Leader in 2023 with the demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate quality learning and teaching in a Catholic school. The person selected will, as a member of the School Leadership Team, share responsibility for the overall leadership of all dimensions of our school community and will contribute to the life of our faith learning community beyond the learning spaces.</em></p> <p><em>This role includes:</em></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Working with teachers to develop strategies and adjustments to populate Personalised Plans&nbsp; (PPs) and moderate the process across the school.</li> <li>Liaising with school counsellor, outside agencies, teachers, parents &amp; carers.</li> <li>Coordinating Kindergarten Team, Diversity Team and Teacher Assistants.</li> <li>Designing and implementing school-based behaviour plans for Tier 2 students and risk management behaviour plans for Tier 3 students.</li> <li>Monitoring behaviour of students, particularly those on Tier 2 and 3 plans.</li> <li>Coordinating transition and orientation programs.</li> </ul> <p><em>Please supply details of qualifications, experience and the contact details of three referees one being your Parish Priest.
