<p>Mount St Joseph Milperra is seeking to appoint an energetic and highly skilled English teacher with excellent communication skills and classroom experience to work in 2023 in Term 1 &amp; 2 (0.4 FTE ) Monday and Tuesday Job-Share position<br /></p><p>   The successful applicant will be committed to the Catholic ethos of the school and utilise effective learning and teaching strategies and technologies to enhance 21st-century pedagogy. </p><p> </p><p> Essential Criteria: <br /></p><ul><li>an ability to create a culture of excellence and high expectation through positive support of the student environment <br /></li><li>a sound understanding of current educational research and learning styles, including learning technologies </li><li>an enthusiasm for working in a collaborative learning environment with demonstrated skills as a passionate educator with evidence of pedagogical innovation. </li><li>a willingness to contribute to co-curricular activities within the school.</li><li>A Working With Children Check will need to be completed upon appointment. Employment will be conditional upon successful attainment of the WWCC.
