We have an exciting opportunity for a Leading Teacher within our Inclusive Learning Team, on a full-time permanent basis.

<p><b>Location: </b>the Catholic Education Office, Diocese of Parramatta</p><ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Position status: Ongoing full-time</strong></p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr"><strong>2 point coordinator allowance&nbsp;</strong></p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Fulfilling leadership opportunity within a supportive and passionate team&nbsp;</strong></p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">The Inclusive Learning Team (ILT) is a service area of CSPD Student Services within Learning.&nbsp; Our focus is to provide leadership and support in the Personalised Planning process for Students with Disability across K-12 schools in Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About the opportunity:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Our Learning team is seeking a passionate Leading Teacher to be accountable for supporting our strategic intent of improving learning outcomes for all students. This role will support a collection of schools across our diocese and work closely with school staff to implement personalised learning plans. More specifically you will:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Collaborate and consult with teachers and leaders to design and implement Learning, Wellbeing and Inclusion frameworks to improve learning outcomes for students with additional needs</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Contribute to the development and implementation of Student Services strategy within schools to develop whole school processes to improve student outcomes</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Mentor and collaborate with teachers to enable professional learning and develop capability to execute effective learning interventions</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Work systematically to conduct risk assessment and management plans</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Collaborate with school teams to promote partnerships with parents, carers and the community.</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About you:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of CSPD along with:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Appropriate demonstrated experience</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Previous experience working with students who have high support needs&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">We are part of Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) a system of schools committed to responding to the needs of students in a world that is changing rapidly.
