You are committed to continual professional development and reflection, and have a genuine interest in the growth of young people. </p><p><b>SELECTION CRITERIA </b></p><p>— A recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree or similar as approved by the Australian Children’s Education and Quality Authority (ACECQA) </p><p>— NESA accreditation to teach in New South Wales </p><p>— A proven passion for the arts demonstrated through teaching experience or as an artist </p><p>— Demonstrated and perceptive understanding of the role of evidence in informing teaching and learning </p><p>— Experience in digital documentation and journals </p><p>— Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills </p><p>— Strong understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law, the Education and Care Services National Regulations, National Quality Framework, and the Early Years Learning Framework </p><p>— Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications </p><p>— A firm commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. </p><p>Experience with the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme would be advantageous. </p><p>CLOSING DATE: Monday 5 December 2022 </p><p><b>HOW TO APPLY </b></p><p>Applications should include a resume and a cover letter addressing the selection criteria and reasons for your interest in the position.
