<p>We are currently seeking a suitably experienced classroom teacher in a contract position of Tiered Intervention Specialist from 27 January 2023 – 28 January 2024. The role also includes an ongoing teaching load within subjects based on the applicant’s skills and expertise. </p><p>The Tiered Intervention Specialist is a newly created position for an dedicated individual who will develop and review Level 2 and Level 3 interventions as part of the College’s School Wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) Framework. In this role you will be responsible for coaching classroom teachers in redirection and positive reinforcement techniques in line with the principles of SWPBS. The successful applicant will empower staff to act restoratively with students and each other and will be a critical member of the College’s Student Services Team. </p><p>To be successful in this role you will be an expert practitioner in classroom practice and pedagogy.
