<p><b>PREVIOUS APPLICANTS NEED NOT APPLY</b></p><p>The successful applicant will have:</p><ul><li>the capacity to be extremely flexible with strong time management skills and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>warmth and welcome to all members of our community, providing informed and friendly customer service to all students and parents/guardians. </li><li>the capacity to manage the general administration of the school office, including reception duties (phone, emails, and enquiries). </li><li>high-level organisational skills and the capacity to manage and maintain student services through ICON - eSIS (enrolment and student records). </li><li>high-level communication and collaborative skills.</li><li>familiarity with working in a catholic school and systems and processes: Operoo, passtab</li><li>first aid trained</li><li>understanding of invoicing, filing and archiving. </li><li>familiar with Google suite - docs, excel etc</li></ul><p> </p><p><b>Commitment to Child Safety: </b></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>At.
