<p>An opportunity exists for a Campus Coordinator at an innovative, alternative high school in the Upper Blue Mountains area at Lawson. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is a permanent full-time position which includes a part-time teaching load.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are seeking a reliable secondary teacher with a strong work ethic who is qualified and/or confident in delivering the curriculum for a variety of subjects and in assisting the Head of School with the general management and administration of the school. </p> <p> </p> <p>Blacktown Youth College is a small independent, non-faith, co-educational high school meeting the educational and social needs of adolescents excluded from, or not coping with, mainstream schooling.  The Lawson Campus is currently registered and accredited by NESA for Years 9 to 12 (Non-ATAR).</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Essential: </b> Teaching qualifications</p> <p>                   Current NSW Working with Children Check</p> <p>                   Current NESA Institute number</p> <p>                   Willingness to work with challenging teenagers in a small school                       environment</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
