Teachers at Dara School have integrity, compassion, strive for excellence, and are empowered with a sense of purpose for the future, making professional decisions that align with the school’s mission and vision statements. </p><p>Key requirements of the role include: </p><p>• Mentoring students and facilitating personalised education, </p><p>• Using teaching practices that effectively cater for Gifted learners, </p><p>• Providing effective assessment, feedback and reporting, </p><p>• Engaging in continuing professional learning and development. </p><p>A qualification in Music and/or Gifted Education would be highly regarded but is not essential for this role. Some out of hours work will be required, which will be managed in accordance with the flexible working arrangements provided for in the School&#39;s Enterprise Agreement. </p><p><br /></p>
