<p><b>Wellbeing Leader </b></p><p>At Corpus Christi we believe that effective leaders are learners who lead by example. Leadership is demonstrated by being present at all times to the needs of the school community and to supporting the meeting of those needs by discerning the required action and responding accordingly. </p><p>The Wellbeing Leader role is a key leadership position and includes developing a wellbeing culture across the school community which draws the links between student wellbeing and improved learning outcomes. </p><p>The Wellbeing Leader is responsible for creating a positive learning environment that promotes growth for all. </p><p>They will support all staff in the implementation of evidence-based practice for continuous improvement, social and emotional and learning growth. </p><p>The Wellbeing Leader works in close partnership with the Principal and other key leaders in the school in providing both strategic and day to day leadership of the school. </p><p>The successful applicant must be supportive of the Catholic Education ethos.
