Our purpose is to provide our students with a learning environment where they feel welcomed, cared for and supported.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About the opportunity:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">We invite applications from suitably qualified Teachers who have a well developed capacity to support our Teaching faculty. You will be joining our team on a temporary full-time basis for 2023.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>More specifically you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Operate effectively at all stages of the teaching and learning cycle, including planning for learning and assessment, developing learning programs, teaching, assessing, providing feedback on student learning and reporting to parents/carers</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Collaborate with teachers in the implementation of learning and teaching strategies based on individual students’ needs</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Prepare and select suitable teaching resources and materials on a day-to-day basis</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Conduct individualised programs of self-help nature that develop independent skills</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Create and maintain safe, inclusive and challenging learning environments and implement fair and equitable behaviour management plans</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About you:</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Tertiary Qualification in Education</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Statements of Service</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Working with Children Check clearance</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">High quality classroom teaching skills which enable students with a diverse range of needs to achieve their full potential</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Interested?</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">This position involves working with children.
